The Santa Monica and Vermont Apartments will be a new construction transit-oriented development of two 6-story structures. The ground floor will be activated with over 20,000 square feet of community spaces, including an on-site supportive service provider and property management, community rooms and patio, and commercial spaces that open up to the Metro Vermont/Santa Monica B (Red) Line Plaza.
